Why not just use Lotus Traveler?

If you use Lotus Traveler today with your Lotus Domino email system, you will appreciate its ability to connect in your enterprise iOS and enterprise Android devices. However, you’ll also be aware of its lack of support for whitelists, blacklists, multiple administrators and lack of group profiles. Without the ability to define and roll out user configuration profiles for groups of users, you will still need to manage mobile devices on an individual basis.  

Many of the management tasks are more time-consuming than they need to be. For example, with the Lotus Traveler software running on the Domino server, a remote wipe command can only be issued from the server console, and the device ID (a long string) has to be typed in manually, which is an error-prone process.
